I have been practicing martial arts for over 25 years now. I recently purchased this Orono Brand GI from Karate Uniform Store online because the price for a super heavy weight GI was one of the most competitive prices I found anywhere on the internet. I wasn't sure of what quality I was going to get because the price was very good. Usually you "get what you pay for" but that wasn't the case with this GI...I got a LOT more than I expected. This is without a doubt the best quality GI I have ever owned. It is so well made! The stitching is incredible as they state, but the comfort level compared to other GI's is so much superior...now the clincher. Because a new GI is usually stiff (especially a heavy weight GI) I washed it several times before I used it. I had also purchased a Century Brand GI off of Ebay (but it was new in the package) and I washed it at the same times. The Orono never faded not one bit...but the Century Gi faded a lot! I don't think the Orono is ever going to fade...it is still a nice dark black GI. I would recommend this GI to ANYONE! Good job! Finally a quality product for a good price!
